SPACE FM Consultancy Services, part of workplace design and management consultancy, Space Solutions, was highly commended for Building/Facilities Management Contract of the Year at last night’s NEC Awards.

This recognition comes for the implementation of an NEC4 (TSC) FM contract to provide integrated facilities support provision across a large, varied and geographically demanding estate. With the added complexity of including multiple stakeholders occupying over 70 properties, the challenge was met in an open and collaborative way and ensured the solution was future-proofed for innovation and continuous improvement.

The Scottish Government project was managed and implemented by Head of FM Consultancy at Space FM, Miguel Montenegro, who holds full accreditation as an NEC4 TSC Service Manager.

The Space FM Consultancy Service offers specialist support, using bespoke software packages, with the procurement and adoption processes of NEC contracts and includes fully trained and qualified practitioners in the implementation and use of NEC3 & 4 Contracts (TSC, TSSC, and FM).
