TEAMWORK ARTS RETURNS TO THE ROYAL EDINBURGH MILITARY TATTOO WITH ALL-FEMALE BHANGRA PERFORMANCE AND VIBRANT RHYTHMS

Monday 5 August – The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is delighted to welcome the return of Teamwork Arts India to showcase the rich tapestry of Indian culture with a Rajasthani Bagpiper, The Bhangra Queens, and the Bollywood Ensemble that they bring to life through performance in the 2024 Show, Journeys.

This unique collaboration last performed with the Tattoo in 2017 and will introduce a twist this year by breaking from tradition and presenting an all-female Bhangra performance. The group visited Gullane Sands to showcase the essence of this year’s naval theme against a serene seaside backdrop on the outskirts of the city centre.

The group was joined by the Edinburgh Tattoo Dancers, highlighting the cultural fusion and diverse styles that the Show is celebrated for.
