Brodies adds new international banking and finance partner
UK top 50 and leading Scottish law firm Brodies LLP today announces the appointment of banking and finance partner James Wilson to the firm.
James has spent more than two decades in practice, having worked in London, Brussels and Sydney, with clients in the US, Australia, Malaysia, China, Indonesia and the UK. He has extensive experience of advising blue chip companies, debt funds and private equity firms, specialising in managing both domestic and multi-jurisdiction transactions.
James is dual-qualified in English and Scots law, as well as being qualified in New South Wales. He joins the firm from Dentons and will be based in Edinburgh.
