Nor’ Loft prepares for autumn with sharing cheese fondue

As the autumn chill sets in, Nor’ Loft, the rooftop champagne lounge in Edinburgh’s Market Street hotel is offering visitors the opportunity to warm up and indulge in a Menabrea Beer and Cheddar Cheese Fondue. This cosy, yet sophisticated, addition to the lounge’s menu is the perfect pairing for those seeking to embrace the season with a rich, savoury flavour experience amidst stunning panoramic views of Edinburgh’s skyline.
Available to book now, the fondue is served with a spread of local produce for dipping including chorizo, rosemary roasted potatoes and a selection of bread and crudites.
Head Chef, Elzane Louwrens, said: “last winter, our Cheese Fondue was incredibly popular, and so we are thrilled to relaunch it earlier for this year and serving it throughout the winter and festive period until late February. At Nor’ Loft, locally sourced, seasonal produce is at the core of what our kitchen has to offer, alongside adding that Nor’ Loft twist that people have come to expect and love.”
