RECORD NUMBER OF PROMOTIONS CELEBRATED AT ABERDEIN CONSIDINE AS GROWTH CONTINUES

Aberdein Considine is celebrating the dedication and professionalism of its workforce with a record number of promotions this autumn.

Twenty one employees working from Peterhead to Newcastle upon Tyne have been elevated in the firm’s latest round of promotions.

Aberdeen-based Elaine Elder (Dispute Resolution) and Eleanor Comfort (Residential Property and Conveyancing), who works from the Dyce office, have both been promoted to Partner.

Eight lawyers covering a range of legal disciplines including Family Law, Corporate and Business Advisory, Dispute Resolution, Banking Litigation and Residential Property and Conveyancing have been promoted to Senior Associate.

New Senior Associates are: Aberdeen-based Danny Anderson, who has been recognised as a Leading Associate in the 2025 Legal 500, and Erin Shand (both Corporate and Business Advisory), Katie Hutchinson and Samantha Gilbert (both Residential Property and Conveyancing) and Tom Main (Family Law); Peterhead-based Jordan Watt (Residential Property and Conveyancing); Edinburgh-based Kerry Temple (Residential Property and Conveyancing); and Banchory-based Stevie Kelman (Residential Property and Conveyancing).

Meanwhile, Edinburgh-based Emma Roman (Family Law) has been promoted to Associate, with two appointments to Senior Solicitor (one in Commercial Real Estate – England and Wales, another in Residential Property and Conveyancing).

Two appointments have been made at Director level, in Estate Agency Operations and Information Technology, while six colleagues have been promoted to Senior Manager, working variously in Lender Services, Marketing and Information Technology.

Aberdein Considine has grown significantly in recent years and these latest promotions further build on the firm’s investment in the depth and expertise of its teams across Scotland and Northern England.
