Brewhemia Celebrates Burns Night 2025 with a Night of Scottish Tradition and Debauchery

Brewhemia is thrilled to announce its Burns Night 2025 celebrations,
set to take place on January 25th, 2025. This year’s event promises to
be a memorable evening filled with Scottish tradition, delicious food,
and lively entertainment.

BURNS SUPPER

Join us for a 3-course dinner featuring a Whisky Cured Smoked Salmon
starter, Haggis Wellington main course, and Honey and Whisky Mousse
dessert, all paired with exquisite whiskies. Brewhemia’s Executive
Chef, Anthony Hughes, has meticulously crafted each dish to ensure a
harmonious blend of character, vibrancy and warmth to create a menu
that not only honours the bard but also embraces the rich culinary
heritage of Scotland!

Expect delightful debauchery and playful mischief from our cabaret
team, a surprise appearance from Rabbie Burns himself, and an
encounter with the infamous Brewhemia Wild Haggis. Our Piper, Rich
Gordon, will set the tone for an unforgettable evening with a special
performance at 7:30 PM.

BURNS’ BIG BIRTHDAY BASH
The night continues with live music by the Rollin’ Drones, famous for
fusing contemporary Scots fiddle tunes with an electrifying rock vibe.

From supper to sizzling excitement, keep the celebration alive with our
Burns After Party —a truly rambunctious shindig that’ll make ol’
Rabbie proud! Join us for a night of unparalleled fun with live music by
the incredible ceilidh-rock band, The Rollin’ Drones. Their unique
fusion of contemporary Scots tunes and explosive rock melodies will
keep you dancing all night long!
