Corporate Lawyer Jen Paton Joins BTO as Partner

BTO is pleased to announce the appointment of Jen Paton as Partner in its Corporate team in Edinburgh, reinforcing its expertise in corporate advisory work and handling complex, high-value transactions.

Awarded ‘Corporate Rising Star of the Year’ by The Legal 500 Scotland in 2024, the appointment of Jen marks an exciting addition to the firm’s diverse corporate division.

Jen brings to BTO impressive transactional experience, including playing a key role in several landmark deals, and a strong reputation for providing strategic advice to clients across multiple sectors, ranging from healthcare to energy, hospitality, transport and technology.

Scott Wyper, Head of BTO’s Corporate and Commercial teams, said:
