Senior appointment in rural property at Murray Beith Murray
Murray Beith Murray has announced the appointment of Philip Buchan as Associate within the Edinburgh-based law firm. Philip specialises in all aspects of rural property including farms, sporting estates, forests and minerals. He is interested in the use of land and property generally, agricultural law and land reform.
Of his appointment, Philip said: “Murray Beith Murray has a long history of acting for those with an interest in land and rural property and I am delighted to join this leading team. Scotland has a vibrant rural sector and I enjoy being involved in the implementation of people’s plans, be that the swift purchase or sale of a farm or advising on the implication of a diversification.”
