Senior Partner Andrew Croxford retired from Thomson Cooper on 30th September following 34 years with the firm. He joined the Dunfermline based accountants as Audit Partner in 1990 after spending four years at a global accounting firm.  Over the years he was the main driver in the development of the audit division, taking on the role of Head of Audit. He was appointed as Senior Partner in 2021 following the retirement of David Walker.

Andrew was involved in numerous committees, and in many different roles throughout his career.  This included serving on the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland Audit Registration Committee and Church of Scotland Audit Committee. He was actively involved in many charitable and community organisations including as Chairman of the Carnegie Dunfermline Trust and Carnegie Hero Fund Trust.

He will be greatly missed and we wish him a long, happy and healthy retirement.”
