Capella Edina, The City of Edinburgh’s new symphony orchestra, will present “Inspiration”, a concert exploring the musical influences on John Williams’ Star Wars score, live at the Usher Hall, Edinburgh, on Thursday, 16^th January 2025 at 7.30 pm.

Everyone knows John Williams’ unforgettable score for the Star Wars franchise. Lyrical melodies contrasted by heavy brass fanfares and the most emotional moments capture the imagination of movie-goers around the world.

Join Capella Edina as they present a collection of the most famous themes from Star Wars alongside the works that have inspired Williams during his creative process.

This will be an evening for the entire family to celebrate the probably most famous film composer worldwide.
