FAZENDA RODIZIO BAR AND GRILL EDINBURGH UNVEILS A VIBRANT NEW MENU, INSPIRED BY THE PAMPAS REGION OF SOUTHERN BRAZIL

Posted: 16th October 2024

Premium South-American restaurant Fazenda Edinburgh has unveiled a vibrant new menu offering tableside service of freshly-grilled cuts of succulent meats; each skilfully butchered, seasoned and cooked in the tradition of the Pampas in Southern Brazil to create a salty bark outside and a juicy inside to delight the senses. Centrally located on the highly reputable George Street, Fazenda Edinburgh sits in the heart of the cultural capital, boasting luxurious interiors, elegant lighting and stylish décor.

The Churrasco Experience promises the essence of  traditional South American grill, inviting diners to indulge in an array of premium cuts, complemented with freshly-prepared Brazilian small plates and sharing dishes.  The lunch time menu now features a continuous selection of fifteen grilled meats (as with the evening menu) served tableside by Fazenda’s passadores.

Cuts include their signature Picanha (beef rump), ribeye, pork belly, chicken hearts, and sirloin, among others. The Churrasco Experience is perfectly accompanied by the Market Table offering of signature salads, vegetables and more, as well as freshly prepared seasonal sides to order, all included at a price of £53.90 for dinner and £35.90 at lunchtime. For those seeking a lighter meal, diners can enjoy the newly introduced Market Table & Feijoada option.

Fazenda’s new menu now also includes indulgent sharing dishes for four or more, with newly introduced selections including Roasted Bone Marrow – served with sourdough bread, onions, and chimichurri, and the Wagyu New York Strip – 500g of thick cut 100% full-blood grade 9 Wagyu Sirloin.

The á la carte menu features a selection of premium Brazilian small plates, including dishes such as the Giant King Prawn – grilled and served with spicy chimichurri, and Tonnato Vitello – Yellowfin tuna, beef cream emulsion, and capers – perfectly suited to share and enhance your Churrasco Experience.

Fazenda offers a large selection of the finest Argentian, Brazilian, Chilean, and Uruguayan wines, as well as a carefully curated bespoke cocktail menu. The menu celebrates flavours that combine culinary art with traditional South American beverages, featuring a selection of long-serves and timeless classics with a Fazenda twist. Meanwhile Fazenda’s Children’s Menu lends itself perfectly to families, children under 8 eat free and children aged 8-14 dine for just £15.
